AI search, Find similar, and Cover search are charged by the creators actually returned; Campaign tracking is charged per data pull and refunded automatically if the system fails; Audience analysis is refunded automatically if the system fails; Find emails is charged per valid, deduplicated creator profile link, with no refund for creators who do not make an email public.
How many team seats are included, and what if I need more?
10 team seats are included by default. Once they are used up you cannot add more yourself — contact support to request additional seats.
How do I see my credit usage?
Open Settings → Usage to see every charge by event, account, credits, and time.
How do I see my top-up history?
Open Settings → Billing to see your completed top-up orders.
